We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Hybrid Service Writer/Tire and Lube Tech at T.O. Haas Automotive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between customers and our service technicians. Selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company, as well as performing tire and lube services on vehicles as needed.

Compensation: $16.00/Hr. to $18.00/Hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience from start to finish
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them for the service technicians
• Communicate with customers about recommended services and pricing 
• Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotating tires
• Perform lube services, including oil changes and filter replacements
• Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and make recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful
• Experience with tire and lube services is a plus
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
• Possess valid driver’s license, or obtain a valid driver’s license within 30 days of hire date
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
