Shop Administrator & Customer Service Representative

Compensation:

• $16 – $23/hour + bonuses (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to National Account companies.
• Greeting customers professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assisting with the dispatching of Service Trucks.
• Documenting and addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
• Providing detailed explanations of services or products.
• Processing payments and reviewing multi-point inspections and warranties with customers.
• Conducting follow-up calls regarding repairs, declined services, or customer satisfaction.
• Tracking new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
• Other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive field.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Dependable, motivated, and professional in appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including some Saturdays.
• Must pass an MVR and criminal background check before the start date.
